中醫對疼痛治療上應有的簡單認識

摘要

急性疼痛是某些原因對身體發出的一種警訊信息，治療上止痛藥很重要；慢性化疼痛是由疾病本身引起，要治療疾病本身，疼痛才能消除。
臨床上，頭痛是最常見的疼痛，其中以「緊縮性頭痛」最多，不過屬於官能性約九成以上；偏頭痛及陣發性頭痛一樣是官能性。當然器質性頭痛多出現於腦血管瘤，尤其是腦挫傷與腦部出血。「神經痛」多因神經受傷引起的後遺症、大部分已慢性化。其中如「帶狀皰疹後神經痛」、「糖尿病神經病變」、開刀後疼痛，這些的疼痛都很難纏。
而止痛處理，典型例如運動傷害常見的急性疼痛處理，就是Rest（休息）＋Icing（冰敷）＋Compression（壓迫）＋Elevation（舉高）＋OTC（非處方用AX藥）。
即''RICE+OTC”方式彈性處理，以緩解急性疼痛。治療上止痛以療效高、副作用低的方式優先，這些有關非藥物治療方式很多，如：通電治療(TENS)、針灸、復健（冷、熱、水、按摩、有氧運動、溫泉）等療法。心理放鬆（深呼吸）、激光刺激，芳香療法、音樂療法與其他自然療法等也有一定效果。
至於頑固疼痛，神經阻斷法是以麻醉藥物透過注射方式介入體內，有兼手術與藥物治療好處。

In priority, the treatment method with high efficiency and no side effect should be used to release pain There are many non-medicine treatment methods such as TENS, acupuncture, health recovery (cold, hot, water, massage, exercise with oxygen, and hot spring) etc, The relaxation of mind (deep breath), laser stimulation, fragrant, treatment, and music treatment and other natural treatment etc. can get good effect too.
As for the obstinate pain, the nerve blocking way by injecting the anesthetic medicine into the body can get good result for both surgery and medicine treatment.
