摘要
落枕一症，常被稱爲頸部肌肉痙攣或肌膜症等。在中醫也習慣以頸部傷筋的認知，而將之列入傷科範疇，實際上它並不像表面問題那樣地簡單；臨床上，它由發生的時間、部位及其內在、遠、近等因素；從肌肉到臟腑，從血液循環到自律神經；在在顯示我們需要重新來認識落枕，並擬出一套標準，從預防衛教到治療後續的復健運動，以提供一個健康有效且完整的對策，這是我們的責任！

A man entering the clinic with his head rigid or slightly oblique stood erectly. The poor creature simply had his neck drawn, acted as the one in armor to move the head and was so heavy that it took him great pains to move the body. Both his head and neck are alright without any wound and has a sound body. Nevertheless, a well trained and experienced doctor can easily tell that some trouble occur in the parts of the neck and the back of the patient. Under the primary diagnosis, he may have torticollis (wry neck). Whether the case happens to be an incident (stretching} or a habit, if no other major factor is found in the checkup, we may treat it as torticollis.
