摘要
二○○七年八月遠流出版公司為筆者發行「張步桃美人方」之後，筆者期盼早日完成之「醫史醫話」仍在繼續進行中。而協助此書文字整理之鄭文裕道長，除忙著其博士論文之撰寫，自二○○七年七月起發心每月第四周周日，不辭辛勞，遠赴南投埔里中臺禪寺，為千百出家眾義診。學業，診務，俗務三頭忙，旅途奔波、舟車勞頓、致使「醫史醫話」之進行又告暫停。但多年積存腦室之資料如排山倒海湧現，有不吐不快之感，亟思尋求宣洩管道，偏偏近年來受家族遺傳疾病所苦，而視茫茫，下肢時生痛感，而診務、教學、授課未嘗或減，逾萬醫案，尤需分類歸納，公諸於世，冀能有助臨床。諸多知我愛我同道友人再三囑咐以健康爲重、雲誼高情、銘感五內。今將多年臨證所見、所聞、所感形諸筆端、茲先擇其數則、刊布論叢以饗同道。

After Yuan-Liou Publishing Company published ”Chang Bu-Tao Beautification Formula” for the author in October 2007, the author hoped that the publication of ”Medicine History and Medicine Talking” can be finished as soon as possible. Mr. Wun-Yue Zheng not only helps the edition of this book, but also is writing his own doctoral dissertation. He has been to Jhongtai Temple to conduct the volunteer medical consultation on the fourth Sunday of every month since July 2007. He was so busy that the publication of ”Medicine History and Medicine Talking” is suspended again. Ⅰ would like to issue the abundant information piled in my brain. But Ⅰ am suffering from inherent disease and aging disorder for many years. Many close friends encourage me to write down my clinical experience. So Ⅰ release several case studies in the journal first now.
