小青龍湯對氣喘免疫調節研究

Study on the Immune Modulation of Asthma with Xiao Ching Long Tang

摘要

台灣罹患支氣管氣喘的民眾有逐年增加的趨勢，中藥小青龍湯臨床上被用於治療氣喘已有長遠之歷史，然而儘管小青龍湯對氣喘治療的臨床療效不錯，但是其藥理機轉仍有不明之處，因此本實驗希望能進一步探討小青龍湯的免疫調節機轉。
本研究我們以氣喘動物模式進行小青龍湯的研究，研究中探用BALB/c雌性小鼠，予以卵蛋自腹腔注射三次後，再以鼻腔吸入誘發小鼠氣喘發作，研究中於給予中藥小青龍湯兩種劑量分別為0.5g/Kg/day及1g/Kg/day，並且與未給藥組作為對照。
實驗結果發現高劑量小青龍湯組(1g/Kg/day)，治療後可降低呼吸道阻力(p=0.01)及過敏免疫球蛋白(IgE)的濃度，此結果並未見於低劑量小青龍湯組(0.5g/Kg/day)及對照組，然而從肺組織的病理切片發現，無論是低劑量或高劑量小青龍湯組，肺泡細胞中的嗜酸性自血球浸潤均有顯著減少，但此情況則不見於對照組。
由上述研究結果顯示，小青龍湯治療氣喘有一定的療效，其藥理機轉則與免疫調節有關，此結果對中醫師的臨床用藥有一定之幫助，然而更進一步的免疫調控仍值得未來繼續研究及探討。

The people suffered from Taiwan the bronchus asthma has been increased year by year in Taiwan. It has a long history for the clinical treatment of asthma by Xiao Ching Long Tang of Chinese medicine. However, though the clinical curative effect of Xiao Ching Long Tang on asthma is good, its pharmacological mechanism is still unclear. So, this experiment is trying to study the immune modulation mechanism of Xiao Ching Long Tang further.
We used the animal with asthma to study Xiao Ching Long Tang. The BALB/c female mice were adopted in the research. After the ovum albumen was injected into the abdominal cavity three times, the nasal inhalation was conducted to induce the asthma for mice. In the research the dosage of Xiao Ching Long Tang was 0.5 g/Kg/day and 1 g/Kg/day, respectively. A control group without taking the medicine was used as the contrast group.
The experimental results find that the resistance of respiratory track (p=0.01) and the concentration of the allergic immunoglobulin (IgE) could be reduced for the group with high dosage of Xiao Ching Long Tang (1 g/Kg/day) after the treatment, which has not been found in the group with low dosage of Xiao Ching Long Tang (0.5 g/Kg/day) and the control group. However, from the pathological slice of lung tissue, it was found that the infiltration of Eosinophil in the alveolus cell has been reduced apparently for the groups with high dosage and low dosage. But this situation was not found for the control group.
From the results of the above-mentioned study, it shows that Xiao Ching Long Tang had certain curative effect for the asthma, and its pharmacological mechanism relates to the immune modulation. These results are helpful to the clinical application of Chinese medicine doctor, but it is still necessary to do the continuous research and study on the immune modulation in the future.
