摘要

綜合探討古籍對妊娠禁忌中藥的認識，並藉由妊娠禁忌中藥的現代研究，瞭解妊娠禁用與慎用中藥的類別範疇。此外，對於《金匱•婦人妊娠病脈證並治》中某些具有爭議性的妊娠禁忌藥物，和《內經》「有故無殞」精神做進一步的分析討論，以求臨床上在使用妊娠禁忌中藥時能透過適當的使用劑量、配伍及炮製，達到病去胎安而不傷母體的療效。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the ancient books comprehensively to know the forbidden Chinese medicines during gestation, and to understand the Chinese medicines which have be taken carefully during gestation through recent researches of Chinese medicine. In addition, some disputable medicines specified in ”Jin Gui, Syndrome and Therapy of Gestation” and the spirit of ”curing without injury” specified in ”Nei Jing” are analyzed and discussed further. It is hoped to get the curative effect without injuring the fetus and parent pregnant woman clinically through suitable dosage, formula and preparation of Chinese medicine.
