摘要

異位性皮膚炎為兒童常見的一種過敏疾病，有些地區的發生率可高達10%，大約90%的兒童病患發生在一歲之前，近95%發生在五歲之前，根據近代生物醫學的研究指出，本病具有遺傳傾向，屬於一種過敏性反應的慢性皮膚炎症，其特色為纏綿難癒及反覆發作。本病相當於中醫典籍上記載的「乳癬」、「奶癬」、「四彎風」、「血風瘡」、「浸淫瘡」等範疇，過去醫學研究曾經指出中醫藥治療本並具有一定的改善效果，值得大家重視與運用。

The atopic dermatitis was a very popular disease of allergy in children. The general incidence of atopic dermatitis continues to increase into ten percent. The atopic dermatitis happened before one years old about ninety percent all the children population and even more happened before five years old ninety-five percent. The biomedical research in the recent year pointed that the atopic dermatitis possesses genetic tendency syndrome and belong to a disease of allergy which chronic dermatitis. The characteristic of atopic dermatitis was repeated break out and very difficult recovered. The atopic dermatitis was similar to the syndrome such as ”breast eczema”, ”infantile eczema”, ”si-wan-feng”, ”xie-feng-chuang”, jin-yin-chuang” that described in the traditional Chinese medicine books. The medical study showed that the Chinese herbs medicine possessed positive effect for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and these were very impotent that was valued for our attention and applications in the future.
