中藥結合針灸和小針刀治療臀大肌鈣化性肌腱炎病例報告

我們提出一個中老年男性患者臀大肌外側肌腱鈣化的病案。表現症狀為右髖後外側的慢性疼痛和右髖關節活動度侷限。病患接受中藥、針灸及小針刀的治療。術後三個月，病人完全解除疼痛與恢復完全的關節活動度。影像學評估顯示鈣化沉積的完全消失和六個月後無復發。我們臆斷了不以外科手術而以中藥方劑結合針灸及小針刀治療臀大肌鈣化性肌腱炎亦可導致一個良好的臨床結果。

We presented a case of one middle-aged male who had calcification over lateral tendon of gluteus maximus muscle. He had chronic pain over posterolateral area and limited range of motion of right hip joint. After treatment with Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and small needle-knife for three months, he had no more pain and regained full range of motion of right hip joint. The image study showed no more calcific deposits over that area. Also, there was no recurrence after six months later. We suggested that combination therapy with Traditional Chinese herbs, acupuncture and small needle-knife for calcific tendinitis of gluteus maximus muscle could lead to fair outcomes clinically.
