艾灸至陰穴治療胎位不正之病例報告

A Case Report of Adopting Moxibustion Stimulation at Zhiyin (BL-67) in Treating Fetal Malpositions

摘要

本病例為一位34歲的孕婦，為一般上班族，過去並無重大疾病，來診時懷孕已30週。此病患2013/06/26至本院婦產部進行例行性產前超音波檢查發現胎位不正，為臀位，為避免剖腹生產，2013/07/03轉診至本院中醫部進行胎位不正治療。使用艾灸至陰穴的治療方式，每天三十分鐘，持續兩個星期，藉由艾灸刺激穴位，調整經絡氣血，使得胎位轉正。

The case to be reported here involved a 34 year-old healthy woman (”the Patient”) who was pregnant for 30 weeks and her prenatal ultrasound result showed that there was malposition for her breech in June 2013. To avoid adopting the caesarean section treatment, she visited our traditional Chinese medicine clinic and received Zhiyin (BL-67) moxibustion stimulation in July 2013. She received the moxibustion stimulation treatment at Zhiyin (BL-67) acupoint 30 minutes a day for two weeks. The concept of this treatment is that fetal malposition could be treated by adjusting the meridian system of the Patient through Zhiyin (BL-67) moxibustion stimulation.
