中醫藥介入化療藥物副作用的可行性探討

根據衛福部統計處101年死因統計結果，可發現惡性腫瘤死因自民國71年起已連續31年高居國人死因首位，雖然目前治療方式（無論是手術、化放療及標靶）是較之前較為進步且療效提升，也為目前最主流的治療方式；但化學治療的副作用仍是無法避免，而且因為劑量的累積和治療時間的拉長，副作用影響層面只會越來越廣；本篇文章整理目前各癌症最常使用的化療藥物和其作用機轉、臨床常見副作用；接著從中醫藥的角度解釋各副作用產生的原因和介入方法，期望能以中西醫結合的方式，讓癌症的治療更加面，而非僅止於癌細胞的毒。

According to the statistical data of top ten leading causes of death released by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, we can find malignancy has been the first leading cause of death for more than 31 years since 1982. Though current treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy are much improved and have better outcomes than the past, the side effects of chemotherapy still can not be avoided. Nowadays, chemotherapy is regarded as the main intervention of cancer. However, owing to the dosage accumulation and prolonged treatment, the scope affected by the chemotherapy drug will only spread widely. This article classified the most commonly used chemotherapy drug, their mechanisms and side effects found clinically, then we tried to explain why theses side effects happened and how we intervened by Chinese medicine angles. We hope to make the cancer therapy more compromising, more than cytotoxicity effects, by Western and Chinese combined medicine.
