女性尾骨骨折之中醫傷科治療病例報告暨文獻綜述

摘要

尾骨位於脊柱的終端部分，常受忽略；但若因外傷導致尾骨骨折或錯位後，引發下背尾作痛，還會併發便秘、頻尿及流產等問題。尾骨骨折或錯位在臨床上，是一個中西醫都棘手的課題。本病例報告一例青年女性尾骨骨折的醫案，綜合討論尾骨的解剖構造及骨折錯位後的中西醫治療，並且整理了現有的傷科尾骨復位手法及內服外用藥物，期能喚起同道對尾骨復位的重視。

Coccyx is at bottom of the body and is often neglected. Coccygeal fracture and subluxation may induce low back pain, constipation, urinary frequency or abortion, which is difficult in Chinese and Western medicine. This was a case report of a young female who suffered from coccygeal fracture. Based on this case, the anatomy and the different treatment of coccygeal fracture and coccygeal subluxation betweenChinese and Western medicine were discussed. Chinese close reductionand Chinese medication which Chinese medical doctors traditionally used as treatment for coccygeal fracture were summarized in this article. It would bring attention to the importance of adjustment of coccyx.
