中醫輔助治療骨髓化生不良病例報告及中西醫文獻回顧

A Case Report of Myelodysplastic Syndrome Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要

本病例為90歲女性，於民國96年被診斷為骨髓化生不良症候群合併慢性貧血，常出現疲倦、頭暈、動則喘的症狀，定期於本院血液科輸血治療，近年來輸血頻次愈來愈高，加上其有心衰竭病史，常因呼吸喘而住院，因西醫治療效果不理想，於民國103年6月17日會診中醫治療。經中醫四診後，給予病患益氣生血、補益心肺氣陰、酌加養陰清熱的處方。服藥後，病患疲倦、頭暈、喘大減，呼吸器配戴時間減少，且血色素穩定上升，減少輸血次數，故認為此方向確實對治療心肺氣虛、貧血有一定的療效，故提出此病例報告及中西醫文獻回顧資料，彰顯中西醫合併治療骨髓化生不良症候群之優勢。

This is a 90-year-old female who was diagnosed as myelodysplasticsyndrome with chronic anemia, presenting as fatigue, dizziness, and dyspnea on exertion. She was regularly followed at our hematology clinics and blood transfusion with pRBC. Recently, the frequency of blood transfusion is increased. She had history of chronic heart failure and frequently admission due to dyspnea. Because of the limitation of western medicine treatment, she consulted Chinese medicine treatment on 2014/06/17. After inspection, auscultation, olfaction, inquiry and palpation, we prescribe the Chinese medicine, which goal is supplement of lung and heart qi, ying, and blood, and clear the heat. Symptoms relieved after the patient took the Chinese medicine. In addition, the Hb level was elevated and the frequency of blood transfusion is decreased. We think the direction of the formula is effective to blood cell transformation, so we presented this case for clinical reference.
