Clinical Case Report of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Patient of Low Back Pain with Compression Fracture and Spondylolisthesis

摘要

下背痛(Low Back Pain)是現代人常見的一種症狀，多指腰椎兩側的背部疼痛，造成原因多為物理力量直接或是間接造成，少數是由內科疾病引起。本例個案腰椎壓迫性骨折併有滑脫經過復健與針灸治療後，腰痛無明顯改善，經骨科建議應當手術治療，患者拒絕手術後改由中醫傷科介入得到顯著的改善。藉此個案分享進行分析與討論，期許讓更多同道重視中醫傷科臨床上的適用性

Low back pain is one of the most common symptoms in modern people, and it locates on both sides of the lumbar spine, caused by direct or indirect physical strength mostly, few by medical diseases. After physical and acupuncture therapy, the patient in this case with compression fracture combined with spondylolisthesis in lumbar spine has no further improvement in pain relief. Othopedist suggested the patient to do surgery, but she denied. However, she accepted TCM traumatology and had obvious efficacy. Therefore, we discuss and analyze how to cure low back pain by TCM traumatology, and wish one day it could be popularize in clinical situation.
