This case is a 13-year-old middle school female student has short stature, so she went to pediatric and orthopedic clinics and diagnosed with thoracolumbar scoliosis. Her parents refused back brace and rehabilitation in favor of treatment with Chinese medicine. After receiving three months of treatment with Chinese traumatology sinew manipulation methods in combination with blood-quickening stasis-transforming as well as bone and sinew strengthening medicine, the patient achieved an additional 1cm of growth and the Cobb's Angle was reduced from 40 to 15 degrees. The patient also experienced significant relief from chronic allergic rhinitis.
