傷科手法結合針灸治療三角纖維軟骨損傷之病例報告

摘要

三角纖維軟骨複合體損傷是手腕部疼痛的常見原因，也是中醫骨傷科門診常見之疾病。常見臨床症狀有：手腕部尺側的疼痛、痠脹及握力降低等。臨床上雖然常見，但往往無法早期診斷而誤診誤治。有不少患者經過長時間治療而未改善，才被診斷為三角纖維軟骨複合體損傷，導致患者遺留長期的慢性手腕疼痛、活動角度受限及握力減退等症狀。因此對於三角纖維軟骨複合體損傷的患者，如何早期診斷、及時治療是相當重要的。本病例為一名42歲女性患者，因外傷導致左手腕尺側疼痛。經西醫骨科排除手腕部骨折後，即尋求中醫治療。於傷科手法與針灸合併治療下，經兩個月的持續治療，手腕疼痛改善明顯，關節活動度恢復正常。可為三角纖維軟骨複合體損傷的中醫臨床治療提供參考。

Triangular fibrocartilage complex injury is a common cause of wrist pain, and it is frequently encountered in the outpatient clinic of traditional Chinese medicine. Common clinical symptoms include pain, soreness, and reduced grip strength on the ulnar side of the wrist. Although it is common in clinics, it's often misdiagnosed and mistreated because it cannot be diagnosed early. After a long period of treatment without improvement, many patients were diagnosed with triangular fibrocartilage complex injury. Resulting in those patients with chronic wrist pain, limited range of motion of the wrist, and decreased grip strength. Therefore, for patients with triangular fibrocartilage complex injury, how to diagnose early and treat them in time is very important. This case is a 42-yesr-old female patient with pain in her left ulnar wrist due to trauma. After the fracture of the wrist was ruled out by the orthopedic department of Western medicine, she came to the traditional Chinese medicine department for help. Under the continuous combined treatment of manual therapy and acupuncture for two months, the wrist pain improved significantly and the range of motion of the wrist returned to normal. This case provides a reference for clinical treatment of triangular fibrocartilage complex injury in traditional Chinese medicine.
