運動教育模式在體育課課程設計與應用

The Design and Application of Sports Education in the Physical Education

摘要


運動教育模式(sport education)係由Sidentop在1994年正式提出,提倡體育課用季賽的模式來進行讓學生除了技能的獲得外,能對整個運動有更全面的了解。培養學生對於運動文化的熱情,學生愛運動的習慣。本文以實驗設計的方式,應用運動教育模式之理論概念融入課程。最後進行教學省思,研究結果指出透過活動與分組競賽,歸納出運動教育模式的研究發現為:一、理解和欣賞它的儀式和習俗是學習一種運動的一部分。二、發展和應用責任團隊、裁判和訓練的知識。三、培養學生對運動的熱情。四、讓學生養成運動的習慣,開始在學校之外參與運動和身體活動。

Sport education had been formally proposed by Sidentop in 1994, which promoted that the Physical Education shall be carried out through the season; therein, students could not only got acquisition of skills, but also had a more comprehensive understanding of the whole sport, and cultivated students' enthusiasm for sports culture and habits of loving sports. In this paper, it applied the concept of sports education to integrate into the curriculum through the experimental design, and finally reflected to the education. Through the activities and competition in groups, the research summed up the sports education and found that: (i) understanding and appreciating its rituals and customs was a part of learning the sport; (ii) it developed and applied the knowledge of responsible team, referee and the training; (iii) it cultivated students' enthusiasm for sports; (iv) it made students develop the habit of exercise and began to participate in sports and physical activities outside the school.
