作者以行動研究的概念,參考並修改PDCA管理循環圈技術做為研究方法,在開放教育的理念引領下,與公立幼兒園老師一起合作,開創學習區運作的另一種嘗試。在四年的輔導與行動裡,研究者與老師們一步一步地進行計畫、試做與檢討,並使之成為循環圈,最終產出初步成果,為以遊戲為主的學習區提供有指向性的計畫,稱之「學習區預設活動」。這過程一開始於主題題課程中加入學習區時間,接續調整為主題課程與學習區運作兩者分立,最後則發展出學習區預設活動為主、主題課程為輔之自主學習方式。雖不是高深的研究發現,但卻是幼兒園課程發展之真實案例,盼此經驗能有更多的討論與迴響,使其精緻而實用。
We spent four years working with the public kindergarten teachers to improve the operation of "learning center". The approach is action research, the method is PDCA management cycle, then under theory of "Open Education". To conclude four years of counseling, we planned the "learning center" activities systematically during the semester. The process of curriculum development, started from the theme curriculum attached learning centers. The theme curriculum and learning center curriculum model was parallel in the second stage. The final stage was to organize the default activities in the learning centers. Although it is not a profound finding, but it is the real case of curriculum development from the public kindergarten. It looks forward to more discussion and responses to this experience.
