摘要

目的：探討某醫學中心護理人員對全面品質管理認知及實施程度，並探討品質管理教育訓練之成效。方法：採類實驗性設計，收案對象為各層級護理師，針對能力進階N~N3層級發放50%人數之問卷、N4~護理長層級人員同意後皆施測，工具為「全面品質管理認知」及「實施」量表，內容效標效度達.98及.88、再測信度達.85及.81，資料分析採描述性統計、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、簡單及多元回歸。結果：1.參與教育訓練之人員，其品管認知為15.1分，高於未參與者12.6分(p＜.001)。2.參與教育訓練之人員，其品管實施程度為49.8分，高於未參與者47.4分(p＜.001)。3.年資、層級、參與品管活動及課程，在品管認知部分有差異，且層級越高其品管認知分數越高(p＜.05)。4.參與品管活動越多與品管認知越高，其品管實施程度越高(p＜.001)。結論／實務運用：參與品管教育訓練，能增加人員對於品管之認知及其品管實施之程度，故建議於人員教育訓練加入品管培訓計劃及課程，以增進人員對於品質管理之認知及活動實施。

Purpose: The objective of the study is to analyze the knowledge, implementation and the related factors of total quality management and discuss the effectiveness of education training model in nursing staffs. Methods: Participants were nursing staffs recruited from a medical center in southern Taiwan. Self-developed questionnaire with the knowledge and implementation of total quality management (TQM) were used to collect data. Data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 for window and using descriptive statistic, t-test, one way ANOVA and multiple regressions to predict outcomes. Results: The findings revealed that: 1. The mean score (15.1) of the total quality management knowledge for participants with participating in the education training was higher than the mean scores (12.6) for those without participating (p＜.001). 2. The mean score (49.8) of the total quality management implementation for participants with participating in the education training was higher than the mean scores (47.4) for those without participating (p＜.001). 3. In the multivariate analysis, the clinical ladders (p＜.05) can predict the knowledge of TQM. In addition participated in quality activities and knowledge of TQM (p＜.001) can predict implementation of TQM. Conclusions/Implications: After applying the education training of TQM, not only nursing staffs' knowledge of TQM was enhanced, but so the implementation of TQM was higher. We suggest that adding the training program for TQM in staffs' education training to improve the knowledge and implementation of TQM.
