摘要

近年來，醫病型態由過去的供應者導向轉向於病人導向；醫療訊息可由多元管道獲得，以至於醫病關係日趨緊張，使得防禦性醫療議題越形凸顯。醫病共享決策(Shared Decision Making, SDM)是一個以病人參與(patient engagement)為導向的概念，在國外已經推行良久，廣泛被應用於照護流程及醫療處置，被視為是臨床治療決策的理想模式。本篇文章將討論醫病共享決策執行的方式與挑戰。

In recent years, the pattern of medical treatment has been changed from supplier-oriented to patient-oriented, and medical information can be obtained by multiple channels, so that the relationship between medical treatment and disease becomes more and more tense. Shared Decision Making (SDM) is a concept of patient engagement, which has been practiced for a long time in foreign countries and is widely used in the care process and medical treatment. It is also considered as an ideal model for clinical decision making. This article discusses the ways and challenges of implementing SDM.
