A 12-year-old boy was admitted with dyspnea and clubbing of extremities associated with the triad of liver disease, arterial hypoxemia and intrapulmonary arteriovenous dilatation. A percutaneous liver biopsy confirmed cirrhosis, immuno-staining were positive for anti-HBsAg and anti-HBsAg. Herein we present a case report of hepatopulmonary syndrome associated with hepatitis B infection in a child.
