摘要

血漿分離術是利用體外循環分離血漿的方法，移除血漿中異常成分，進而達到血液淨化的目標。本文主要介紹雙重過濾血漿分離（double fi ltration plasmapheresis, DFPP）的護理技術。由於進行雙重過濾血漿分離術的設備較為特殊，若操作者對於技術、機器不熟悉而造成管路安裝錯誤或步驟缺失，嚴重者將危及病人安全。文中闡述原理、操作流程之經驗，期望藉由此文提供臨床及技術層面上的操作規範及參考依據，進而改善病人的照護品質。

Therapeutic aphresis removes abnormal composition which based on extracorporal circulation technique to separate blood component. The nursing skill of performing double filtration plasmapheresis procedure (DFPP) is introduced in this article. Because of the unique equipment, the operator is mostly unfamiliar with this skill. If there is error piping installation or omitting steps, it would jeopardize patients’ safety. The principle of technique and operational experiences were elaborated in detail. This article is expected to provide the clinical guidance and reference to improve the quality of patient care.
