服藥順從性對腎臟移植患者腎功能的影響

腎臟移植相較於透析治療，能提供更好之病患存活率與生活品質。移植後病患須長期服用免疫抑制劑，臨床上病患常因藥物種類繁多且服藥時間複雜，容易導致病患服藥順從性差，甚至服藥錯誤。移植病人的服藥順從性與正確用藥對移植器官的存活有重要的影響，如果對免疫抑制劑服藥順從性不佳，可能造成移植器官功能喪失或死亡；因此如何提高病患的服藥順從性顯得更加重要。我們可透過對病患及家屬衛教，建立以病患為中心的用藥指導，確實幫助病患及家屬正確安全地用藥；簡化用藥以提升病患服藥順從性必須靠病患及醫療團隊分工合作才能達成。

Kidney transplantation is associated with improved survival and quality of life when compared to dialysis. Transplant recipients have to take long-term immunosuppressive agents. Immunosuppressive treatment regimens are various types and time of taking medicines also complex, easily leads to poor adherence, even medication errors. Adherence to immunosuppressive therapy and correct medications has significant affection in kidney transplant recipients. Non-adherence of the immunosuppressive agents may affect the graft loss, or even cause death, so how to enhance medication adherence show more importance. Building a patient-centered medication instruction on well education for patients and families can successfully reduce medication error. Moreover, to simplify the complex prescription regimen, it needs the patients and medical teamwork cooperation.
