摘要

洗腎管路的成熟能引領足夠的血流速完成血液透析，並減低併發症與增加病人的透析品質。最常見的人工血管未成熟原因，包含血管之狹窄、分流或是血管離表皮深度過深等等因素，通常能以外科處理之。一些介入性治療，如早期的運動、抗血小板藥物與抗凝劑的使用以及其他藥物的輔佐，亦有可能增加管路的成熟化並提升管路的壽命。此外，使用血管通路的上針方式與技術也與廔管的壽命息息相關。

The maturation of hemodialysis vascular access could lead sufficient blood flow for hemodialysis, lower the complication, and increase the quality of hemodialysis. The most common reasons of mautation failure of hemodialysis vascular access includes the stenosis of vessels, branches, and the depth from the skin. Most of the issues can be treated by surgical methods. However, some interventions, for examples, the early exercise, antiplatelet drugs, anticoagulants, and other medication, could probably increas the maturation rate and prolong the patency of the vessels. Besides, the cannulation technique is also crucial for maintainace of arterio-venous fistula.
