摘要

慢性腎臟病患者的冠狀動脈疾病比率高於一般人且和死亡率相關，然而評估這群患者診斷工具效力並不明確，因此臨床醫師常面臨心臟病急性發作的風險。本文討論依據傳統臨床風險因子、非侵入性的超音波、核子醫學檢查，以及侵入性冠狀動脈攝影等，來區分慢性腎臟病患者冠狀動脈心臟病的風險高低。

Patients with advanced chronic kidney disease have a high prevalence of coronary artery disease and cardiac mortality. The diagnostic tools for coronary artery disease have discrepancies among the general population and patients with kidney disease. In order to stratify the risk of coronary artery disease in chronic kidney disease patients, we reviewed literature of the practical tools, including traditional cardiovascular risk factors, noninvasive stress cardiac imaging, and invasive coronary angiography.
