摘要

臺灣末期腎臟病一直有著高盛行率，為了融入安寧緩和照護於末期腎臟病照護中，提供以人為中心的高品質照護，將安寧緩和照護理念及方式加強於腎臟病照護團隊的教育訓練是關鍵。以勝任能力為導向的訓練是近年來在國內外醫學教育的重點發展方向，可信賴專業活動這個概念，結合了教育與臨床工作的需求，根據這樣的概念能達到學員、教師及工作場域主管適當教育訓練的目的，值得國內努力發展以勝任能力為導向的腎臟病安寧緩和教育。

Taiwan has a high prevalence of end stage renal disease. Integrating palliative care into current medical care for end stage renal disease patients is essential for achieving high quality person-centered care. A good education and training design for medical team would be key to the goal. Competency-based medical education is a trend worldwide. Entrustable professional activities which combined the need of curriculum and workplace are suitable education goals for trainees, teachers, and stakeholders. It's important to develop competency-based medical education in the field of palliative care for end stage renal disease in Taiwan.
