透析前透析後暨血液透析與腹膜透析的飲食建議

Dietary Advice for Pre- and Post-Dialysis Patients

摘要


隨著臺灣進入高齡化社會,透析發生人數逐年上升。在慢性腎臟病患者與長期透析患者飲食營養狀態中,因患者及照顧者對於營養認知的不足,無效性的飲食攝取,使得營養不良的問題常見於慢性腎臟患者。因此,提供透析前與透析後病人完整的飲食衛教,能促使病人進自主的飲食改變,並提供照護者增強營養認知。故希望透過本文幫助透析前透析後的患者能夠更清楚了解食物的選擇,達到對於其疾病惡化的延緩及改善生活品質。

As Taiwan enters an aging society, the number of dialysis patients is increasing year by year. In the dietary nutrition status of chronic kidney disease patients and long-term dialysis patients, malnutrition is common in patients with chronic kidney disease due to insufficient nutritional awareness of patients and caregivers and ineffective dietary intake. Therefore, providing complete dietary hygiene education for pre-dialysis and post-dialysis patients can encourage patients to make voluntary dietary changes and provide caregivers with enhanced nutritional awareness. Therefore, it is hoped that through this article, pre-dialysis and post-dialysis patients can better understand the choice of food, so as to delay the deterioration of their disease and improve their quality of life.
