摘要
抗嗜中性白血球細胞質抗體相關血管炎（anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody [ANCA]-associated vasculitis, AAV）是一群在血清中找到ANCA抗體，表現以導致小型血管發炎及損傷為主的疾病。診斷這類疾病的病患，有超過75%的比例會導致腎臟損傷，並以快速進行性腎絲球腎炎為主要表現。過去二十年間，科學界對疾病的瞭解以及治療的方式已有長足的進步，使得這個原本非常致命的疾病漸漸變得可以控制、有辦法治療。

ANCA-associated vasculitis is a group of diseases with the presence of serum circulating anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody. The major characteristic of these disorders is small-sized vessels destruction with inflammation. More than 75% of diagnosed patients present with kidney injury, mainly rapid progression glomerulonephritis. During the last 20 years, scientists understand the diseases much better. Treatment options have make these diseases from fatal to controllable.
