摘要

牙冠加長術（Crown lengthening procedure）主要是為了暴露出健康的牙齒齒質以供補綴膺復，在手術的實施上，一般皆採用全皮層翻瓣，齒槽骨修整，最後再縫合固定，但是在有黏膜牙齦缺損（mucogingival defect）之情況下，如何同時進行牙冠加長術及修補黏膜牙齦缺損，則是比較困難的手術。

The purpose of crown lengthing procedure is to expose sound tooth structure for restoration. The application of surgery usually is raise of full thickness flap, osseous surgery, then suturing. However, under the circumstance of mucogingival defect, it will be difficult to perform crown lengthening procedure and mucogingival surgery at the same time. This paper will present surgical technique with two clinical cases, also discuss the encountered problems during surgical procedures.
