摘要

引導組織再生術及引導骨再生術應用於牙周病治療及植牙手術中已是不可或缺。一般而言在再生手術中，最重要的是避免傷口開裂，防止再生膜曝露。若再生膜沒有過早曝露，其結果是可預期的；然而一旦再生膜過早曝露，其效果就大打折扣，甚至失敗，因此傷口初級閉合與否對手術成功有絕對性的影響，而縫線及縫合方法的正確選擇與使用更是再生手術中達到初級閉合的關鍵。本文的目的藉臨床實例來顯示各種縫合法的操作在組織再生手術上的應用。

Guided tissue regeneration and guided bone regeneration have been used in periodontics and implant dentistry for more than fifteen years. Generally, these procedures can get favorable results if there is no early membrane exposure. Many studies have shown that the result is unpredictable or even failure if membrane has early exposure or infected. Therefore, wound primary closure is absolute influential in the success of regeneration surgery. The important factors to get primary wound closure in regeneration surgery are the right choice and manipulation of suture materials and methods. The purpose of this paper was to present clinical cases to demonstrate the application of various suture methods including mattress suture and modified mattress suture on tissue regeneration surgery.
