摘要
不孕症的定義是指雙方無任何避孕措施，有正常性生活的情況下，一年以上仍然沒有懷孕或是曾經受孕而2年又不再受孕者稱為不孕症，前者稱為原發性不孕，後者稱為續發性不孕症，不孕症雖然很少會嚴重危害到身體健康，但是不孕症夫妻的心理、性生活、家庭生活、和整個社會結構已受到很大的影響。

The definition of infertility means both sides did not use any contraceptive, have normal sex life, have no pregnancy for over one year or had pregnancy but not in the last 2 years, this constitutes Infertility. The former is called primary infertility, the latter is called secondary infertility. Though infertility seldom be endangers health seriously, however infertility does have an enormous effect on the couple's psychological, sexual, and family life and the society's structure as a whole.
