This is a case of 27-years-old postpartum woman, with history of allergic rhinitis and dizziness. She complained about milk oversupply for 8 months. She was diagnosed as acute mastitis and was prescribed anti-biotic and Cabergoline by her obstetrician. However, her lactation decreased only 300cc, so the obstetrician consult Chinese medicine department for help. The over lactation was subsided after treating with Chinese herbal medicine for 10 days.
