摘要

本病例為一位50歲右側乳房惡性腫瘤女性病患，因外科手術切除之後併用化學治療與賀爾蒙治療藥物之副作用而引起味覺異常（dysgeusia）。本篇病例報告這個中西醫整合治療過程中，引起味覺異常的歷程、病因病機與運用中藥方劑治療之成效。我們認為中醫中藥方劑調理與治療作為輔助及替代性療法，對於西醫治療惡性乳癌患者術後化學治療與賀爾蒙治療副作用的改善、味覺異常的治療與生活品質之提昇確實成效良好。這篇病例報告同時也指出對於這個議題未來可能的研究方向。

This is a case of a 50 years old female with right breast cancer, exhibiting dysgeusia after combined chemotherapy and hormonal therapy post a surgical excision. This case report described the process of taste alteration, its pathophysiology and the efficacy of using Chinese medicine treatment. We consider Chinese Medicine treatment as an effective complementary and alternative treatment to improve the side effects of chemotherapy and hormonal therapy after surgery, to treat the following dysgeusia, and to elevate life quality of the patients. This case report also indicated some possible research directions on this issue in the future.
