採購決策支援系統的分析與設計
Analysis and Design of Decision Support Systems for Purchasing
摘要
由於某些採購決策在本質上是屬於半結構化的問題，而此類問題是無法由傳統的EDP及MIS獲得足夠的支援，故促成了利用採購決策支援系統觀念於採購決策問題上。本文乃針對一般採購作業，應用各種採購決策支援系統的發展技巧，做一系列的分析與設計，包括了問題的界定、系統的分析、對話—資料—模式能力的推論、工具的選擇、以及系統架構的建立，最後完成了一套採購決策支援雛型系統。

Some of the purchasing decisions are semi-structured, and it is difficult for these problems to get fully support from traditional EDP and MIS. In this paper we will adopt the concept of decision support systems (DSS) to demonstrate how to apply various DSS development techniques to general purchasing problems. The steps of this development process include the definition of problems, analysis of systems, deducing of the capability of dialog-data-model (DDM), selection of DSS tools and construction of system structure. Finally, we construct a prototyping system of DSS for purchasing.
