不同理論取向團體的口語互動行為分析與團體效果研究

A Study on the Verbal Interaction,Group Effects,and Related Factors Among Three Group Approaches

摘要


本研究的主要目的,是在探討團體歷程中不同理論取向團體的口語行為變化,團體效果,及口語行為與相關變項的關係。本研究以中原大學八十五學年度參加家庭探索的 47 名學生為對象。本研究採實驗組、控制組實驗設計及相關研究法。將遴選所得的受試成員,依個人合適時段分派到家庭重塑、溝通分析、成長團體及控制組。使用工具包括: Hill 互動矩陣、家庭態度量表、團體獲益量表、家庭關係量表、家中自我量表。 本研究發現不同理論取向團體在團體歷程中,有其常用的口語行為,且領導者間及單一理論取向團體內,在團體初期、中期、末期的口語行為大多有顯著差異。成員在團體獲益量表的得分大多有正向反應的趨勢;隨團體會期的進行,全部成員在家庭態度量表的得分有正向增加的趨勢;且實驗組成員在家庭關係量表的得分,顯著高於控制組成員。領導者與成員間的口語行為有顯著的正相關,但在類型上,僅關係、推測、第一、三象限口語行為達到顯著的正相關。此外,成員第四象限口語行為的總和對家庭態度量表的總得分具有預測力,推測口語行為的總和對團體獲益量表的總得分具有預測力。基於上述結果,研究者分別提出建議,以作為未來研究及團體工作實務的參考。

The purpose of this study was to examine: the differences of verbal interaction in the group process of three group approaches; group effects; the relationships between verbal interaction and related factors. The results were as follows: 1. In general, the verbal interaction with respect to the content style, the work style, and the four quadrant were different in the group process among three group approaches and also in each group approaches. 2. There were positive responses on the Group Feeling Scale, a linear trend on the Family Attitude Scale, and differences between experimental group and control group regarding the group effects. 3.Significant positive correlations were found between leaders’ and members’ verbal interaction whereas only the categories of relationship, speculative, first quadrant, and third quadrant reached significant positive correlation. 4.The summation of the members’ fourth quadrant could predict the Family Attitude Scale. 5.The summation of the members’ speculative verbals could predict the Group Feeling Scale. Based on the results and finds, suggestions and recommendations were made for group counseling work and future study.
