開式靜壓滑軌之靜動態特性探討

摘要


本文以磨床之開式靜壓滑軌為研究對象,滑軌採用V平複合式,油腔則為多腔式,採定壓供油,並使用毛細管節流器作為壓力調節之元件。以實驗方法來探討毛細管節流參數、節流器之進口壓力、壓力比、油膜厚度等參數,對開式靜壓滑軌靜態特性與動態特性之影響,並由理論分析與實驗結果比較,建立靜壓滑軌改善靜、動態性能之設計方法。將毛細管徑及壓力比分別設定在0.3mm及0.5,可在進口壓力為20kg/cm2的情況下承受高於400kg的負載。依此參數組合可降低油膜厚度的變化量,提高油膜剛度及阻尼係數,並有效提昇加工精度。另外,增加負載激振頻率會降低油膜厚度,但對毛細管節流參數的影響不大。

The study of grinding machines with open-type hydrostatic slideways is presented. This hydrostatic slideways are V-flat type with multi-recess which are provided by constant oil pressure and capillary restrictors are used as pressure regulators. The restricting parameter, the inlet pressure, pressure ratio and film thickness are investigated the influences on the static and dynamical characteristics of open-type hydrostatic slideways by experimental method. According to the experimental results and theoretical analysis, the design method to modify the performances are proposed. The diameter of capillary and the pressure ratio were chosen as 0.3 mm and 0.5 respectively, for suffering loads over 400 kg under the act of inlet pressure 20 kg/cm2. This configuration can effectively reduce the variation of film thickness, accuracy. As the loading frequency is increased, the film thickness will reduce, but the restricting parameters will not be affected greatly.
