摘要

本文敘述一人員可靠度成長分析模式與系統之建立，首先利用人員錯誤分析方法及可靠度分析流程導入可靠度成長模式，以流程模式建立分析之方法，建構一符合人機系統應用之人員可靠度成長分析架構，並利用「Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0」程式軟體，開襲一依照人員可靠度成長分析流程之應用軟體，可將現有之人員錯誤資料輸入，對現有系統之人員可靠度進行計算，本系統能以統計圖表方式呈現此人員可靠度以及其對人機系統之影響，最後將本人員可靠度成長分析系統應用於一人機系統個案，並進行修正與改善，確保本流程與資料庫之可用性，完成人員可靠度成長分析系統。

The study took advantage of modern human error analysis method and modem human reliability analysis procedure to develop an analysis framework for human reliability fitting within human-machine system application. The study developed application software according to the human reliability growth analysis procedure. The users can input human error data and calculate the human reliability. The study used statistical graphics to show the human reliability and its effects to human-machine system. The study finally applied the human reliability growth analysis procedure to a realistic human-machine system. At last, some improvements were done to ensure the usability of the human reliability growth analysis system.
