以架構為中心推展企業資源規劃(ERP)之研究

The study of Architecture Centric ERP Progress

摘要


企業資源規劃,由於涉及的人力、經費、時間、設備等資源甚廣,並且推展中所伴隨的流程、作業等更是與整個組織息息相關,再加上時間的冗長,因而於推展過程中易使進行小組與相關人員迷失焦點或方向,進而影響全局的部署與後續的發展。有鑑於此,本研究一方面深感組織推展企業資源規劃,確實需有一中心觀念導引,以利企業推展整體的資源規劃。另一方面,亦思慮企業資源規劃對組織而言,也是一種專案。所以,本研究考量當前推展企業資源規劃的相關議題,進而提出當前導引專案管理的新理念-以架構為中心(Architecture Centric),並據此提出企業資源規劃推展的結構,以利組織導引企業資源規劃的推展。

並列摘要


ERP, involves lots of human recourses, expenses, times, equipments and etc. And the progress and operation of ERP are relative to the whole organization, they invest much time. In the way, the ERP progressing team easily misses the direction, then effects on the ERP program. Then we consider: 1.To the organizations, they need an approach of progressing ERP to help enterprise recourse planning. 2. To the organizations, the progressing ERP also is a project. Therefore, we base on the new concept of the project management - Architecture Centric to develop the ERP progress structure and hope the structure orients the ERP progress of the organization much better.
