協作系統下中間商市場定位之分析

The Analysis of the Position of Intermediate Firms under Team Production

摘要


在一個協作系統下,中間商的出現,使得交易的層級與次數增加,是否能降低交易成本的降低呢?為了有效的完成交易,廠商除了要尋找交易對象外,尚必須尋找生產關係鍊中的中間商,不是徒增交易的頻率與成本嗎?本文建構一個一般化的數理模型詮釋中間商的市場定位,並用以解釋產業網路是一群彼此依賴的組織所形成的正式或非正式長期交易關係,這關係中隱含專業分工和資源互補的現象;網路關係的建構與維繫最主要的目的,是使網路內組識在面對外來競爭者時,以群體的力量達成個體無法完成的優勢。有效利用中間商參與之訊息與工作價值鍊形成的優越網路,利用產業分工整合取代垂直整合的生產方式,使網絡內企業存有極大的合作空間。

Under the team production system, the emergent intermediate firms make the level and time of trade increase, but could it reduce the trade cost? For the effective trade and besides looking for the trade objects, manufacturers have to seek the intermediate firms among the production relationship. Does it increase the trade frequency and cost? The study constructs a general mathematical model to elaborate the market position of the intermediate firms, and to illuminate the industry network is the interdependent group organization and they form a formal or informal long-term relationship. This relationship connotes the phenomena of the specific division and complementary resource. The main purpose of network relationship construction and affiliation is to combine the group power to reach the competitive advantage which individual could not make, when the organization in the network faces the competitors. Using the information of intermediate firms' activities and the superior network of the work-value-chain efficiently and using the industry division integration to substitute the vertical integration production make the enterprises in the network have the possibility to cooperate.
