摘要

本研究係藉由地理資訊系統(GIS, Geographic Information System)建立都市更新地區之街廓調查及優先更新評選模式。以作爲決策者資料查詢及評定街廓更新順序之用。本研究成果(l)建立空間資料管理系統，透過GIS進行圖層數化資料之建構，藉由套圖及查詢功能，掌握現況。(2)建立資料庫管理系統，儲存更新地區內、外部環境之文、數字資料。(3)建立都市更新優先評估方法之架構與分析模式。

This research focuses on developing an integrated geographic information and data base management system of survey and priority assessment model for urban renew area. So, the objectives of this study includes: (1) Establish a spatial system for overlapping querying and geographic information management. (2) Establish a database system for storage word and digital data of every geographic area. (3) Set up a priority assessment analysis model for decision maker to decide the order of renew area.
