使用3D-CRT對於肺癌之非小細胞癌療效探討

摘要


根據高雄縣政府衛生局提供的96年十大癌症死亡原因表可得知,肺癌目前居於國人十大癌症死因之首,其對國人健康有嚴重的危害。目前肺癌的主要治療有外科手術、放射線治療及化學治療,外科手術一般適合初期的非小細胞癌,放射線治療適合手術後的輔助治療,化學治療則是對小細胞癌有明顯的效果,在非小細胞癌方面,一般單獨使用或與放射線合併治療,大多用於無法接受手術治療的患者。目前在台灣,放射治療大多還是以IMRT和3D-CRT爲主。而近年來最新的IGRT與IMRT則大多爲大醫院所擁有,普遍性較不足。且在臨床上的相關報告也較爲缺乏。故我們針對肺癌的患者使用3D-CRT後的療效來做探討,以期望獲得一個決定性的結論,進而提升國人肺癌方面的治癒率。

Health Bureau of Kaohsiung County in accordance with the provision of the top ten of the 96 leading cause of cancer deaths in table we can see that, lung cancer is currently the top ten people living in the first cause of death, its citizens have serious health hazards. At present, the main treatment of lung cancer surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy, general surgery for ear1y stage non-small cell lung cancer, radiotherapy for the adjuvant therapy after surgery, chemical therapy of small cell carcinoma have a significant effect, in the non-small cell carcinoma in general, used alone or combined with radiation therapy, most of them can not accept surgical treatment for patients. Currently in Taiwan, most of radiation therapy or IMRT and 3D-CRT-based. In recent years the latest IGRT and IMRT for the major hospitals are mostly owned by less than the more universal. And c1inical relevance of the report are lack. Therefore, we focused on patients with lung cancer after the use of 3D-CRT to do to explore the effect to look forward to a decisive conc1usion to enhance aspects of the people in the cure rate of lung cancer.
