KMUP-1(7-[2-[4-(2-chlorophenyl)piperazinyl]ethyl]-1,3-dimethyl-xanthine))是由Xanthine衍生而來的化合物,主要以theophylline為架構,在其結構的第七位氮基進行修飾而得。本研究的目的是以Chloramine-T Method標誌放射性碘(131I)於KMUP-1上,藉由改變反應時間、反應量及反應酸鹼值以取得最佳標誌效率的反應條件。利用同位素交換法(isotope exchange)將放射性碘(131I)標誌KMUP-1,固定反應溫度,藉由改變反應時間以取得最佳標誌效率之反應條件。期望能以此藥物作為示蹤劑觀察其在動物體內的分布情形,希望藉此藥物對醫學影像診斷或治療方而有所助益。
KMUP, a derivative from Xanthine, has a main structure of theophylline with a modification on the seventh N group. The purpose of study was to utilize Chloramine-T Method to label radioactive 131I on KMUP-1. By adjusting the reaction time, reaction amounts, and reaction pH, the reaction conditions for labeling may be optimal. In addition, the isotope exchange method was used in labeling KMUP-1 under fixed reaction temperature to obtain the optimal labeling reaction conditions. It was expected that this medicine can be used to trace the bio-distribution in animals and may be beneficial in the fields of medical image diagnosis and treatment.
