ImageJ Volume Viewer for 3D Image Display

摘要


目前用於臨床三維數據資料顯示和分析的工作站中,最主要的顯示技術是多平面重建(multi-planar reformation)、最大強度投影(maximum intensity projection)、表面重建技術(surface rendering)和體積重建技術(volume rendering)。本篇以ImageJ、Volume Viewer為基礎,進行多平面重建、最大強度投影和體積重建技術模型理論的討論、配合實作的過程和輸出影像的步驟進行介紹,期望能夠作為一般使用者和教學的參考。

The most important display models of 3D workstation are: Multi-Planar Reformation (MPR), Maximum Intensity Projection (MPR), Surface Rendering (SR) as well as Volume Rendering (VR). This article introduces a freely available Image] Volume Viewer and shows the individual steps to construct the MPR, MIP, VR models. Additionally, an output image can be created by the basic usage of ImageJ function. Expect this article to be able to become a reference of general user or aids for teaching purpose.
