摘要

對於埋拔牙,若能尋求適當的治療保留下來,使其f 立於正常位置,不但可推持牙弓之完整性且可當去膺部的問題。臨床上可以利用牙科X 光、觸診及探診評估其保留的可行性。若是可行時,利用牙周手術及矯正牽引方式,將埋仗牙拉出;牙周手術時,以根尖移位瓣膜手術( APF )優先考慮,因其一次手術步驟,既可暴露埋伏牙,以利矯下裝置之粘附、又可同時提供足夠的附著性牙齦於埋拔牙表面。 矯正牽制方式則使用簡單、方便之直接粘著方法( direct bonding technique) 扺要治療前審慎的評估病例,再與牙周病科、矯正科共間會診,則其預後是相當可預期的。
