摘要

齲齒是牙齒的病理學狀況之一。當牙本質暴露到口腔環境時，可能受到環境的直接侵蝕而產生牙本質齲齒。牙本質齲齒的病灶其顏色不同於正常組織，經顯微鏡觀察病灶範圍內有礦物質流失。為了整合現今已知牙本質齲齒實際發展的狀況，讓我們來回顧一些文獻。於本文中，對牙本質齲齒層，在組織病理學上及臨床上的觀察都有令人滿意果。

Dental car!es lesions are pathologic conditions peculiar to the teeth. Dental caries involvement of the dentin
may be from direct attach when the tissue is exposed to the oral environment. Grossly, lesions display a color different
from that of the sound tissue while microscopic observation reveal loss of mineral matter, often with zone
ocurring within lesions. In order to integrate the facts now know concerning the actual development of a dentinal caries,
let us visualize some literatures. Of the approaches the dentinal caries cleaning considered in this article only the reduction of dentinal caries removed seems to have been satisfactionally established on the basis of the
histopathologic considerations and clinical observation.
