摘要

近年來企業界愈來愈依循消費者需求為導向的經營策略，即是消費者需要甚麼，企業界便提供他們所需要的產品與服務，這種趨勢在食品業界也是如此，因此假如能夠透過一些投入，瞭解消費者的食品消費行為，包括產品的普及情況、喜歡那些口味、喜歡那些品牌…等，將可以作為政府釐定產業政策、研究單位制定技術研發計畫以及食品企業界訂定經營策略的依據。食品工業發展研究所在行政院農業委員會支持下，從1998年開始每年進行一次調查樣本為1200份之「台灣地區食品消費與通路調查」，並出版「台灣地區食品消費調查統計年鑑」。鑑於網際網路的發展加速資訊的傳播，2000年開始將調查資料所產生的統計資訊上網。2000年調查項目包括189項加工食品、130項生鮮食品、21項通路、41項個人特質、60項飲食偏好及十餘項人口統計基本資料。內容包括(1)加工食品部分著重探究各項產品之過去一年食（飲）用率、過去一個月食（飲）用率、品牌、口味、種類、包裝等；(2)生鮮食品部份則偏向了解消費情況及偏好；(3)通路部分著眼於使用率及各店使用情況；(4)生活型態部份包括性格、事業心、金錢觀、食品消費態度、休閒活動等；(5)基本資料部份涵蓋居住地區、性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、婚姻狀況、宗教信仰、血型、星座、食品消費金額、所得、共住人數。本資訊系統以Microsoft SQL Server為資料庫管理系統(DBMS)，利用Microsoft Active Server Pages、VB Script、Java Script及Visual BASIC、Microsoft Word為工具透過瀏覽器(IE5.0)處理空白調查問卷的新增、修改及列印工作及調查問卷原始資料的處理與建檔。資料統計結果則使用On LineAnalysis Processing(OLAP)之Cube技術處理多維的交叉分析，並儲存於Microsoft OLAP Server中［1，2，3，4，5］。資料查詢介面分為兩部份，在內部網路(Intranet)使用者可利用MicrosoftExcel 2000之交叉分析功能依需求彈性使用及以XML為架構的網頁設計透過瀏覽器（IE5.0）做多維的交叉分析查詢。而Internet的使用者則只能以XML為架構的網頁設計透過瀏覽器（IE5.0）做多維的交叉分析查詢，以達到資料分享及原始資料保密雙重功能。

Nowadays food industry manufacturers resort to consumer-orientedstrategies.Understanding consumers'attitudes,favorite flavor or brand,helpsgovernment authorities plan industrial policies,research institute set up technicalresearch project,and manufacturers enforce industrial management strategies.FIRDI has conducted annually”Food Consumption and Circulation Survey inTaiwan Area”since 1998,sponsored by Council of Agriculture.The surveyincludes 189 items of processed food,130 items of fresh foods,21 items oncirculation,41 items on personal characteristics,60 items on favored foods,and10 items on personal data.The analyzed and computerized survey data can befound in”Almanac of Food Consumption Survey in Taiwan Area”,which ispublished once a year.The data will be accessed over the Internet since 2000.This study applied Microsoft SQL Server as Database Management System(DBMS)and use Microsoft Active Server Pages,VB Script,Java Script,VisualBASIC,and Microsoft Word Marco languages to design the survey system.Theresult is analyzed through On Line Analysis Processing system(OLAP)andstored in Microsoft OLAP Server.The intranet users can have an access to theinformation through Microsoft Excel 2000 or browser IE 5.0.The Internet userscan have an access to the information through browser IE 5.0 only.
