積體電路產業主管對不同職務員工職能重視程度之研究

A Study of Managers' Evaluation on the Competence of Various Position Subordinates in IC Industry

摘要


本研究主要欲探討積體電路產業產業主管對工程職與行政管理職員工職能重視程度之差異性。在研究中主要以Spencer & Spencer之職能量表為基礎,利用信度分析、鑑別度分析、效度分析及成對樣本t檢定進行分析。研究結果發現在工程職方面,積體電路產業主管較重視職能之成就導向、自信心及尋求資訊、思考力與專業知識;而在行政管理職方面較重視人際溝通、團隊與合作精神及培育他人等職能。

In this paper we study the difference in competence evaluation between two types of position from managers' perspective in IC industry. To reach the goal of our study, we measure competence based on Spencer and Spencer's framework. We use consistency analysis, item analysis, validity analysis and pairwise t-test to exam our questionnaire. We found that managers on engineering position place more value on the competence such as achievement orientation, self-confident, information-seeking, thinking and expertise; on the other side, managers on administration position place more value on the competence such as interpersonal understanding, teamwork/cooperation and teaching others.
