國際物流法規架構與知識庫建立之研究

摘要

本研究從國際物流的基本內涵分析出發，針對目前國內之國際物流相關業別加以系統化分類與整理，建立完整且多層次的物流行業分類架構；再依據各業別之國內現有法規規範加以探討搜尋，以法規位階、法規性質、法規重要性進行篩選分類，最後建立一個系統化的國際物流法規分類知識庫，納入「物流資訊網」中，法規知識庫內容涵蓋國內數百項的物流相關法規，可提供國內物流業者在搜尋物流法規資訊方面之有效工具。

This study based on the analysis of contents of global logistics tries to summarize and classify the global logistics related industries systematically and develop a multi-layer classification framework of global logistics industry. According to the classification framework, we review and search the related laws and regulations used in Taiwan and develop a global logistics related laws/regulations knowledge base by priority, characteristics and importance of laws or regulations. As being a major knowledge base of the ”Logistics Information NetworK” (LINK) website (http://link.disc.com.tw), there are hundreds of logistics laws and regulations in this laws/regulations knowledge base. This knowledge base and website could be utilized as a useful tool for the logistics industry in Taiwan.
