The purpose of study explored that students had ten items life frustration in daily life in an elementary school. The method of study used the design of cross sectional study. Recruiting 852 students to fill in the open questionnaires in an elementary school, the data analysis had been used SPSS/PC10.0 statistic analysis with described analysis, frequency analysis, and score procedure. The results of study found the students ten items life frustration from the first to the tenth items including sibling problems, test stress, school stress, paternity problems, classmate problems, fight problems, free satisfaction, family death, teacher-student problems, and self satisfaction. Therefore, the conclusion of study was ten items life frustration with several conditions for students in an elementary school. In the future, guidance and assistance are very important things for every school to practice life education and suicidal prevention.
