由團體分析探究生病經驗

Self Experience of Mental Illness in Group-analytic Process

摘要


成員在團體中經由彼此直接的互動,呈現自身,及反思實際行動,產生意義。本研究擬以某醫學中心,對急性病房精神科住院病人團體為研究對象,每週一次,共進行十次團體。團體之帶領者均為具有團體治療或輔導經驗的教師與護理長,以團體互動及個人訪談內容,進行繼續比較分析,期發現團體過程中:生病經驗的展現對建構其自我表述之影響,結果發現,團體中經由控訴、投身於他者,產生了悟與期許的表述。

Group analysis will promote members to develop themself through intersubjective transaction. This study sought to find how the groups have effect on the reconstructing the illness experience of mental illness patients. The authors, as facilitators of the group, used participant observation to conduct group. The process of inpatient groups was and transcribed verbatim. There are 10 group sessions. Each group holds on 50 minutes weekly. At the same time, a field diary was recorded. Themes were generated from both data sets using constant comparative analysis. There are three themes related with self in the group: catharsis, projection, and self-transcendence
