分析取向團體心理治療基本概念：以一長期邊緣型人格團體為例

摘要

深究分析取向團體心理治療的概念前，治療師需對個體心理改變機制有初步瞭解並擁有對個別心理治療的基本知識。分析取向的團體治療概念強調以團體為一整體、基本生活假設、移情與反移情表現來理解團體中的個體、次團體及團體整體，而這些概念主要由客體關係理論取得。本文並以一長期邊緣型人格團體歷程中之數則片段為例，嘗解釋分析取向的團體治療概念。

Before deeply analyze Concepts of Analytic Group Psychotherapy, therapist should have rough understanding of Individual Psychology mechanism and have basic knowledge of Individual Psychology treatment. Analytic Group Psychotherapy emphasizes on group as a whole, basic assumption life, behavior of transference and counter-transference to try to figure out individual, subgroups, the group as a whole, and these concepts mainly come from the theory of object-relation. This article is an example of few segments in a Long-term Psychodynamic Group of Borderline Personality Disorder in order to analyze and explain concepts of Analytic Group Psychotherapy.
