違反毒品危害防制條例之藥癮者「戒癮團體輔導」經驗：以台灣某監獄為例

摘要

毒品成癮者之再使用行為與持續戒癮動機一直是從事藥癮防治工作者首要面對的課題，而目前的治療方向也不僅僅於藥物與司法介入，更多的開始於社區介入與輔予團體治療的方式協助藥癮者。筆者自97年到101年初於監獄共進行戒癮團體輔導6梯次，有68人次參加，參與者皆為男性，年齡位於25－62歲不等，採用半結構式團體，透過衛教、討論與分享方式，引導成員回顧個人用藥狀態、認識藥物、檢視事件對個人的影響、以及自我生命歷程，並學習新的問題解決方法與互動技巧。團體療效部分，人際互動獲取與付出，以及對藥物和當時政策了解皆有較高滿意度的比率，但自我了解上仍有3.85%是不同意的。團體中成員最為關注目前假釋或相關戒癮政策與替代療法的相關資訊；在家人及社會系統互動狀況上顯示成員有較多的自卑，社會上對於藥癮者的負向烙印及支持程度亦可能為影響成員復發之因子。筆者自戒癮團體輔導經驗中發現，提供個案多元的需求進行介入是必要的，提供成員在出獄後社區的適應與治療銜接亦為重要。未來因應藥癮者的特殊性與需求，以及出獄後能在社區中生存而發展長期多種的治療介入策略是未來必須發展的方向，並建立一套較佳的心理社會介入措施實證，以助於未來合理規劃對於鴉片使用的藥物治療服務。

The group counseling for drug addicts from Taiwan Central jail. A total of six groups, the researcher surveyed 68 adult male with drug abuse and age distribution in the 25-62 years. The group is semi-structured and leader adoption health education, discuss and partake for member guide to recognizing drug, review medication status, aware of the impact of the event, life course, and learning problem solving skills. In the group therapeutic effect, interaction to obtain and pay, understanding of the drug and policies get higher satisfaction. However, there are still 3.85% disagree with self-understanding. The members of group concerned release on parole and alternative therapies policy message. In family and community members are displayed on the interactive status have more self-esteem. Community for drug addicts negative stigma and degree of support can be a factor affecting members of the recurrence. Group counseling experience, the researcher found that providing drug addicts with diverse needs intervention is necessary, members of the community after release of convergence is also important to adapt and treatment.
